Sinopse:
Com a morte de Boromir, a Sociedade do Anel é desfeita, e Frodo segue seu caminho junto com Sam pelas florestas de Mordor, onde continuam sua jornada até a Montanha da Perdição, ao mesmo tempo em que irão se deparar com Gollum, que cobiça muito tomar posse do Anel. Enquanto isso, Aragorn, Legolas e Gimli terão que proteger o reino de Rohan, que está prestes a ser atacado pelos Orcs, enviados pelo mago Saruman. Já Merry e Pippin ao serem capturados pelos Orcs, conseguem escapar deles e reencontram Gandalf, que os ajudará na luta contra Sauron.
Synopsis:
With the death of Boromir, the Fellowship of the Ring is dismantled, and Frodo follows his path along Sam through the forests of Mordor, where they continue their journey to the Mount Doom, at the same time they will encounter Gollum, who plans to take possession of the One Ring. Meanwhile, Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli have to protect the kingdom of Rohan, who is about to be attacked by the Orcs, sent by the wizard Saruman. Merry and Pippin, after captured by the Orcs, they both manage to escape from them and reunite Gandalf, who will help them in the fight against Sauron.
