Sinopse:

Synopsis:

Everett Backstrom is a Portland Police Bureau detective, known for being problematic, offensive and aggressive. After being five years demoted in the traffic division due to his outburst, Backstrom now leads an eccentric team of Special Crimes Unit to solve a lot of criminal cases around the city.
