Sinopse:

Após serem capturados pelos Gorgom, os irmãos Issamu Minami e Nobuhiko Akizuki são submetidos a uma cirurgia ciborgue que os transformará em guerreiros mutantes poderosos e os fará lutarem entre si para decidir quem irá se tornar o próximo Imperador Secular e liderar o exército dos Gorgom para dominar o mundo todo. antes que pudesse passar pela etapa final da mutação ( a lavagem cerebral ), Issamu consegue escapar com a ajuda de seu pai e se volta contra os Gorgom. para lutar contra eles, Issamu usa suas habilidades mutantes para se tornar o Kamen Rider Black. agora, Issamu tem o dever de proteger a Terra da ameaça dos Gorgom, ao mesmo tempo em que terá que enfrentar seu próprio irmão, que se transformou no poderoso Shadow Moon e agora lidera os Gorgom.

Synopsis:

After being captured by the Gorgom cult, the stepbrothers Kotaro Minami and Nobuhiko Akizuki are submitted to a cyborg surgery which will turn them into mutant warriors and will make them fight one each other to decide who will become the next Gorgom King and lead their army to conquer the entire world. before he could passing for the last stage of the transformation ( the brainwash ), Kotaro escapes with the help of his stepfather and turn against the Gorgom. to fight against them, Kotaro use his mutant skills to become the Kamen Rider Black. now, Kotaro has the mission to protect the Earth from the threat of the Gorgom, at the same time he has to fight against his own stepbrother, who was turned into Shadow Moon, the leader of the Gorgom.
